Mouhsine Mouhsine Serrar, Ph.D., Founder, Senior Engineer, and CEO
Dr. Serrar is a mechanical engineer with particular expertise in consumer product design and engineering. He has focused his professional efforts exclusively in the area of improved cookstoves for the past seven years and consulted in a dozen of countries for GIZ, EPA, and WFP. His expertise is widely recognized and he serves as the co-chair of the Technology Working Group of the Global Alliance for Clean Cookstoves.

Anandan Sundaramurthy Anandan, Manufacturing Director
Anandan is the founder and technical manager of SkillMech, a best-in-class firm that enjoys a unique production partnership with Prakti Design. In addition to overseeing continuous process improvement within Prakti�s own manufacturing, he will also manage future production technology transfer to local factories.

Charlotte Charlotte Lewis, HR and Business Development Manager
Charlotte holds an MBA from ESADE Business School and a long track record in large corporations. She is passionate about social enterprises and women entrepreneurs and was previously a Microenterprise Fellow for Women's Initiative in San Francisco. She is currently leading Prakti's women entrepreneurship strategy and sales development.

Jerome Jerome Bossuet, Partnerships Developper
Jerome, an agricultural engineer by background, has 15 years of service in implementing and managing rural development projects and natural resources stewardship programs in India, Laos, and Africa

Kate Kate Riley, Program Manager in Haiti
Kate holds a B.S. in Environmental Science and Community and International Development. Research on food security first brought her to Haiti in 2009 where she later returned to work as project coordinator and program support for various health, agricultural and micro-finance NGOs.
